What does Nestquora sell?
Nestquora is an online store for women's casual shoes. Browse each product page for the styles, sizes, colors, and specifications currently offered. Details can vary between listings; if a feature important to you is not stated, email us before ordering rather than assuming that every pair is made or fits the same way.
How do I choose a size?
Check the product page for any available measurements or size guidance and review the option you select before checkout. Fit can vary by style and personal preference. If the listing leaves you uncertain, include the product name and your question when contacting support. We cannot confirm a size or material that has not been specified on the listing.
How do I place an order?
Choose the shoes and available options, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Confirm your items, size where applicable, quantity, shipping address, shipping fee, and total before submitting payment. Use an email address you can access for order and shipping messages. If you need to correct a submitted order, contact us as soon as possible with the order number.
How can I pay, and when is an order confirmed?
The available payment methods appear at checkout. An order proceeds after payment is successfully confirmed, and confirmation is sent to the email address used for the purchase. If you see a charge but do not receive a confirmation, ask us to check before placing the same order again. Do not send full card details by email.
How much is shipping?
Eligible orders of US$49 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Any geographic restrictions or exclusions will be shown during checkout before payment. Below that threshold, the shipping charge is calculated for your address and displayed with the final total before you pay.
When should my shoes arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days. Processing and transit are separate periods, and the estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed arrival date. See the Shipping Policy for details about possible delays.
How do I track my order or report a delivery issue?
After shipment, we email a shipping confirmation with available tracking information. Use the link or number in that email to check progress. If tracking stops updating, the package appears lost, or it shows delivered when you cannot find it, email service@nestquora.com with your order number; we will investigate and help with a reasonable solution.
What if a pair arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with the order number, a description, and useful photos or video of the shoes and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without adding a cost caused by our error.
Can I return shoes, and how will I be refunded?
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. A standard preference-based return requires unused, unworn shoes in original condition and packaging, and you pay the return shipping. Email service@nestquora.com for review and the applicable return address; do not send shoes to our registered business address. After an approved returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank posting may take longer.
